Every individual is different and therefore, it is my mission to teach nutrition skills that are personalized to guide you to reach your desired goals and create a long-lasting healthy relationship with food.
My training in clinical nutrition also helps me to guide you in the dietary prevention and management of diabetes, hypertension, among others.
